Disclaimer of Liability

Our members are notified that their participation in the activities of the Club, including without limitation, the attendance of activities at the home of a member, is at their sole risk and that neither the Club nor any member thereof will in any way be responsible to any member, their children or their guests, for any damage, loss or injury caused as a result, directly or indirectly, of such participation.

NNN Alcohol Policy Statement

The NNN Club, Inc. (the "Club") does not bring, offer, sell or in any other way make available alcoholic beverages to members or their guests at any event or activity organized by the Club ("Club Functions"). Individual members of the Club ("Members"), upon their own initiative, may bring their own beverages to the thereto-appropriate Club Functions. It is expected that all Members and their guests will act responsibly in the consumption of alcohol and will assign a designated driver or make other transportation arrangements when needed. Each Member consuming alcoholic beverages at a Club Function does so at their own discretion and risk. The Club will not in any way be responsible for damage, loss, injury or death which may occur, directly or indirectly, as a result of consumption of alcoholic beverages by Members or their guests at a Club Function.
